Mr. Robinson has extensive IP transactional and monetization experience. Over the past 10 years he has completed over 150 IP transactions ranging from small single asset sales to multi-faceted, complex transactions with hundreds of assets and a transaction value of eight figures. His clients have included individual inventors, universities, privately-held companies and Fortune 500 corporations.

In addition to being an expert in structuring and negotiating patent transactions, Mr. Robinson has spent the past three years generating IP for nascent companies and individual inventors and has helped raise millions of dollars for multiple startups with emerging IP.

Mr. Robinson holds degrees from Kings College, Cambridge and the University of Washington, Seattle.

jeffreyr

Dr. Roh has over fifteen years of experience as an inventor, angel investor, and serial entrepreneur and holds multiple patents through the USPTO. He is a Co-Founder of Intuitive IP, a Seattle-based intellectual property firm created to help life science entrepreneurs transform their ideas into products and services that scale into businesses, which ultimately help patients lead healthier, more productive lives.

He currently serves as a consultant on Stryker corporation’s Surgical Design and Innovation team and was instrumental in the development of their most commercially successful minimally invasive spine system of all time, ES2, as well as their marquee lateral access platform, ARIA. His experience as a serial entrepreneur includes the successful launch, scalable growth, and ultimate acquisition of Advanced Biologics to Bioventus in 2014.

Dr. Roh currently serves as the Chair of Swedish Hospital’s Integrated Spine Program, is the Chair of the Seattle Science Foundation’s annual Minimally Invasive Spine Symposium, and serves as a consultant on Providence Venture’s Strategy & Innovation team. He serves as the Chair of the Arthritis Foundation’s Executive Leadership Board in Washington state and is an Executive Board Member of ProOrtho, Division of Proliance Surgeons. He is actively involved in key strategic initiatives centered on excellence in clinical care, optimization of patient satisfaction, and value-based healthcare delivery.

He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Case Western Reserve University and his spine surgery fellowship at Weill Cornell Medicine’s world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC. He is a graduate of the Michael G. Foster School of Business MBA program at the University of Washington, serves as a speaker and judge for UW’s Buerk Center for Entrepreneurship, and is an advisor for CoMotion, the tech transfer office of the UW. He is currently enrolled at Columbia University’s Executive Masters of Science in Technology Management program in NYC.

Mr. Han is responsible for the company’s legal affairs, including intellectual property strategy and development. Prior to this role, he served as Senior IP Counsel at Intellectual Ventures where his team was responsible for managing all aspects of prosecution and asset maintenance for one of the world’s largest patent portfolios, with more than 30,000 assets and over $6 billion in investor capital.

Before joining Intellectual Ventures, Mr. Han practiced intellectual property law for over 10 years representing clients such as Microsoft, Hewlett Packard, STMicroelectronics, and Seagate.

Mr. Han earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.


Mr. Larsen is responsible for developing new business opportunities for Intuitive IP, and leads many activities supporting the company’s client engagements.  His ability to explore the possibilities, distill fragmented information, and link people together makes him a valuable resource within the high tech and life science industries.  He has advised clients on numerous transactions around the world, including the acquisition and disposition of advanced technology manufacturing assets.

Mr. Larsen holds a BA in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.

Dr. Browd is an experienced inventor and entrepreneur as well as highly regarded Professor of Pediatric Neurological Surgery at the University of Washington. Dr. Browd has co-founded several biomedical start-ups out of the University of Washington where he serves in various leadership roles within these startups ranging from CEO to Chief Medical Officer, including board directorships for each company.

Dr. Browd serves as a UW Presidential Entrepreneurial Faculty Fellow and is on the advisory board of CoMotion, the commercialization arm of the UW. Dr. Browd teaches at the Foster School of Business and lectures internationally on biomedical innovation and commercialization.

Mr. Bamman comes to Intuitive IP with over 18 years of operational, and leadership, experience that was gained through a long and distinguished military career. Ian has experience in business development from the startup level through multi-national corporations and specializes in defining difficult problems and creating the road map for a company to succeed. Ian has an MBA from the University of Washington.
john
John Cronin serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of ipCapital Group, Inc. He is capitalizing on a lifelong study of creative and inventive thinking processes, business strategy development, and transaction negotiations. He has created the unique ipCapital System methodology, which extracts and documents invention, identifies opportunity and risk, drives transactions to completion, and creates significant market value from intellectual property.

Mr. Cronin spent over 17 years at IBM where he patented over 100 inventions, published over 150 technical papers, and received IBM’s “Most Distinguished Inventor Award.” He created and ran the IBM Patent Factory, which was essential in helping IBM become number one in U.S. patents.

Mr. Cronin holds an M.S.E.E., a B.S.E.E., and a B.A. degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
